Got my Krown undercoating treatment done here. Staff was friendly, service was on time and done quickly. Had a little detailing issue when the service was done but the shop was quick to make it right.

Not great. 5 hour lift job on a 2023 turned into 3 whole days. I had to ask repeatedly to get my tires back. They didnt give me back my oem equipment. Broke a speed sensor on install. My full size spare they installed is flat. I took the vehicle to the dealer to get the second alignment done (because at this point i don't trust custom), dealer found way over torqued bolts, and the worst part, custom destroyed the inner axle boots on the front axles and now they are gushing grease. So I have to pay to get those repaired as well. I wasnt going to leave a bad review even after my 3 day wait, but the repairs keep adding up and Im getting quite frustrated. Find someplace else, anyplace else.

Had my truck lifted. Their alignments are done by an outside company; I had a bit of a problem with that part of it. Other than that not a bad experience. I Worked with Steve, and he was very professional about my troubles. Never had a problem with crown undercoat part of the shop, and will continue to get my truck sprayed every year.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Matt -- we had constant communication and he treated me like a person instead of a sale. I wanted a lift kit for my jeep but had a limited budget, and Matt was able to find me the best solution and work with me to find the best look for what I wanted. We had some hiccups, but he helped me every step of the way to make sure I was fully satisfied. Highly recommend, and if I need any other work done, I will absolutely be giving them a call.

This wasn’t a simple out-of-the-box setup—it required a lot of collaboration and creative problem-solving, and the team absolutely delivered. They worked closely with us throughout the process, adapting the design to fit our needs and overcoming every challenge that came up.
